Breast Cancer Awareness is observed worldwide every October with campaigns and events planned to increase the awareness of the disease. Here in Antigua & Barbuda breast cancer is the most common cancer with 1 out of every 4 women being diagnosed. Many of our staff, friends, families and guests have in some way been affected. Each year we “Go Pink” and join in the cause to build awareness by donating or participating in the following events:
- Oct-19-2014: Relay for Hope at YASCO Grounds – 5:00pm
- Oct-23-2014: Zumbathon at Mount St. John’s Medical Center – 5:30pm
- Oct-26-2014: One For The Girls 5K Fun Walk/Run at Rising Sun Grounds – 4:00pm
